I’m Alaynah, an optometrist and first-class MOptom graduate. As a student, I was never satisfied with simply memorising facts—I was always researching, always asking “why” and trying to understand how everything connected. I didn’t always understand things the first time, and I remember how overwhelming optometry could feel when it seemed like a mountain of disconnected facts.
That curiosity shaped the way I teach. I want to help you understand the reasoning behind what you’re learning, connect the pieces and turn complicated material into something logical, memorable and clinically useful.
